This site has character informative and aims to offer details about LED lighting products and services from the BX3 Light brand. There is no direct sale through the portal.

All BX3 Light products have 5 years warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing or operating defects if the use has been correct and according to specifications.
Damage due to misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation or external causes such as power surges or weather conditions are not included.
8. Returns
The customer can request the return of products within a period of 14 calendar days since its reception. The products must be unused, in their original packaging and complete.
Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of shipping error or product defect.
