Exchanges and returns on BX3 Light
The products purchased may be exchanged or returned within a maximum period of 60 days from delivery of the order.
It is essential that the items are in perfect condition (unused or manipulated), in their original packaging and accompanied by the return authorization (RMA) that BX3 will provide, along with a copy of the invoice.
Return costs depending on volume
Management and messaging expenses may vary depending on the case and will be assumed by the client or by BX3 depending on the type of incident. The following table summarizes the indicative costs (VAT included):

Procedure to request a change
The client must complete the incident form in their private area (My Account), selecting the option: "I don't like the product. I want to return it". You must indicate the code of the product received and that of the product you want in exchange.
Within 24/48 hours, the BX3 technical service team will contact you to manage the collection and/or new shipment. There are two modalities depending on the case:
- Simultaneous delivery and collection: The carrier delivers the new order and picks up the previous one at the same time. The RMA must be inside the returned package.
- Previous collection and subsequent new shipment: BX3 collects the material and, after checking it, sends the new product.
If the change generates an economic difference:
- If the new product is of greater value: The difference will be paid for Bank Transfer or PayPal. Partial card payments are not accepted.
- If the new product is of a lower value: BX3 will refund the difference using the same original payment method or by transfer if applicable.
Return of products
Returns must be made in original packaging, complete and with the RMA authorization number. BX3 will coordinate the collection through its usual agency. If the client chooses to send the material at his own expense, BX3 will not assume transportation costs.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is in perfect condition, without damage or signs of use.
Steps to process a return
- Access “My Account” and fill out the return form by selecting the corresponding reason.
- BX3 will manage the collection of the material and examine it upon arrival.
- If the return is validated, the payment will be made within a period of no more than 15 days.
- The refund will be made using the same original payment method (except cash on delivery, which will require an account number).
Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
Products excluded from return
Due to its nature, returns will not be accepted in the following cases, except for a factory defect:
- LED strips cut to size
- Neon LED hoses sold by meters
- Loose units of packs
- Custom cases
- Products purchased at auction
