Financing application for professionals
BX3 Light offers its professional clients the possibility of activating a credit line with deferred payments to 30 or 60 days, by direct debit receipt from the client's bank account.
How does the line of credit work in BX3?
Once the application is approved by the BX3 Light team, a line of credit will be activated with the assigned limit. When placing an order, you will be able to select the payment option “Direct Debit Receipt” in the purchasing process.
In your private area you will find a panel with the available balance and consumed, as well as the charging dates of the corresponding receipts.
Every Friday, BX3 Light will issue a receipt grouping all invoices generated during the week, due in 30 or 60 days (as agreed). You will receive an email with:
- Total receipt amount
- Expiration date
- Details of invoices included
The payment will be made on the agreed date by presenting the receipt to your bank.
How to request a line of credit?
In order to apply for financing, it is essential to be registered professional client. If you are not yet, you can register from the corresponding section.
Next, you must complete two key documents:
- Financing Registration Request Form: where you must indicate the desired limit, payment method (30 or 60 days) and, if applicable, fixed collection day.
- SEPA model: essential to activate direct debit. It must be correctly completed.
Initial conditions and evaluation
For new clients, it will be necessary to have a previous purchase history in BX3 before activating a line of credit. After the risk study, the initial conditions may be:
- Initial limit: 1.000 €
- Maturity: payment within 30 days
These conditions may be extended according to commercial developments and the criteria of the BX3 Light financial team.
