We ship to the entire Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, being 24 hours throughout the Peninsula for orders placed before the daily logistics closure.
What are the shipping costs?
- Peninsula: €4.99 (VAT included). Free shipping from €21.95.
- Professional clients (Peninsula): Free shipping from €15. Lower orders: €4.23 (VAT included).
- Balearics: €6.67 (VAT included). Free shipping from €60.
- Canary Islands: Sea transport: €14. Free shipping from €170. Air transportation not available.
- Ceuta and Melilla: €14. Free shipping from €170.
In orders with payment method cash on delivery, a commission of 3% will be applied to the amount of the products, with a minimum of €3.
Shipping to the Canary Islands: The cost of customs management (DUA) and the IGIC, if applicable, will be borne by the client and will be charged directly by the transport company.
Delivery times
- Peninsula: Delivery within 24 business hours from warehouse departure. In some cases, up to 48 hours.
- Balearics: 48 business hours from warehouse departure.
- Canary Islands: Average period of 4–5 business days (may vary depending on the island).
- Ceuta and Melilla: 2–3 business days.
What is the deadline to receive an order within 24 hours?
For deliveries within 24 hours in the Peninsula, orders must be placed from Monday to Friday before 5:30 p.m..
Shipment tracking
Once your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to check the status of the shipment directly on the transport agency's website.
Reminder for shipments to the Canary Islands
In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, the cost of the DUA, IGIC and any internal transport management will be assumed by the client and managed directly by the transport agency.
